"I ordered a bracelet with specific…"
I ordered a bracelet with specific initials on it, and delivery was fine, no issue there, but then I opened it and, ugh, the one letter was wrong. It was supposed to be a gift, so that made it way more frustrating than it would’ve been otherwise. Customer service did get back to me, so I’ll give them that, but it took longer than I was hoping, especially since I was kind of on a deadline.

I ordered a bracelet from Hurleyburley and, completely my own fault, chose the wrong size. I sent it back and the return process was really easy, no hassle at all. There was a small delay with the refund showing up, which made me a bit anxious at first, so I emailed them. They got back to me quickly and had it sorted the same day, which was such a relief. It’s nice dealing with a company that actually makes you feel looked after when something goes wrong. I’d definitely use them again.

"Looks good, but I expected it to be smoother"
The site looks really nice, so I expected the whole experience to feel a bit more polished. I did find what I was looking for in the end, but it was slower than I thought it would be on my phone. A few pages took a while to load, and the menu confused me a little at first. Checkout worked fine, but it wasn’t as quick or smooth as I was hoping. Overall, it’s not bad, but I think it could be a lot easier to use

"Probably won’t order again"
I gave it a try once, and that was probably enough for me. The delivery took longer than I expected, and when the item showed up, it just didn’t look quite as nice as I thought it would. Not like it was awful or anything, but for the price and the wait, I don’t know... I think I’d rather order from somewhere else next time.

I liked that everything was clear right from the start. Shipping and any extras showed up before I paid, so there wasn’t that annoying surprise at checkout. I knew exactly what I was spending, which was nice.

I really liked these at first, they looked nice on and felt easy to wear. I wore them for about a day, though, and by the end my ears started feeling a bit itchy. Nothing too dramatic, but enough that I had to take them off. If your skin isn’t super sensitive, they might be totally fine for you, but just something to keep in mind.

Overall, I had a good experience. They kept me in the loop about my order, and the emails were clear, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was happening. Delivery did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, and I’m not the most patient person when I’m waiting on something, but the communication helped. My order arrived fine in the end, and I’d use them again

I wore this necklace all day and kind of forgot it was even there, it didn’t rub or feel heavy or annoying at all, just sat nicely and felt really comfortable the whole time, so I’m really happy with it.

I ordered a little bracelet from Hurley Burley i was really pleased with it. It looked much more expensive than it actually was, and it came nicely packaged too. I’ve definitely paid more for jewellery elsewhere that didn’t feel as good quality, so this felt like great value. I’d happily buy from them again.
